Stay Humble Stay Hungry Clothing hosted their inaugural pop up event at Counter Culture on Sixth and South street. The event was a celebration of their brand and the local hip hop community. The pop up was intended to promote and sell various items from their 2020 Winter Collection (sweaters, tracksuits, jackets, etc). Fashion was not the only thing available at this event. Stay Humble Stay Hungry collaborated with local food vendor Chefboyrbeef2k ,DJ Topchoice, and hosted three MCs from the Philadelphia area. The MCs who performed at this event were Lil Prazy, Run Up Rico and Da Real Zah. The event was well attended and many came to support the brand and left with clothing to prepare for the upcoming winter.
Da Real Zah was a highlight of the event who performed songs from Pay Homage and Pay Homage 2. The general public danced and sang along to Da Real Zah’s songs. Many could be seen dancing at Counter Culture and some stopped while walking past South Street to hear him perform. Zah mentioned that he has released six mixtapes in the past year and has more to share with the community. Coming from Hunting Park, Zah shows charisma in performance and hardwork through his releases. The Philadelphia Globe is glad to review this event and recommends that you keep a watch on this artist.
