When this is over who do you want to play a show with? About 3 weeks ago I actually reached out to Ali Awan and Jim from Scantron to see if we could organize a show with my band (Mat Burke and the Painkillers) when this is all over. I hope we can make this happen sooner than later!
First public place you want to go to after quarantine? Siren Records in Doylestown, PA. Siren has been a second home to me for the past 10 Years. I love that place, and everyone that works there. We even filmed a number of the State House Sessions there! I just can’t wait to get back!
First activity you will do after quarantine? Probably get a drink with my bandmates, or begin filming a new State House Session.
Have you embraced cocktail hour? What’s your favorite cocktail. Cocktail Hour has been in full effect since the quarantine began. My favorite has to be Maker’s Mark over Ice.
Where should we be donating our dollars to help out our fellow Philadelphians? Purchase music or any mech directly from your favorite indie bands/artists, and make purchases from small businesses.
