The Philadelphia Globe announces our October Artist of the Month and it is Philly local alt-pop artist Barney Cortez. Click here to read more about his latest release, plus keep an eye out for his (two) upcoming EP’s: Doll City and Drive Thru Heart, which will each be released in November.
